Scope of Work & Deliverables
All projects are governed by rigorous automated test suites and predetermined specifications agreed upon during initial pipeline initialization. Modifications outside agreed parameters require an addendum contract.
Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising from our services rendered in Cerveteri, Italy, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
4. Refund & Service Level Agreement (SLA) Policy
Due to the clinical precision and custom-engineered nature of our web development and automated testing infrastructure, refunds are evaluated on a milestone-by-milestone basis. If our test suites fail to achieve agreed performance parameters prior to final deployment, clients are entitled to full remediation or proportionate reimbursement.
